Students are supported to progress at their own pace in each class, with modifications and opportunities for rest being given through every class.
Even just one yoga class a week can make a big difference to your stress levels, sleep, strength, flexibility and overall health.
Don't be put off by poses that look unobtainable. It's not about how bendy you are but about the feeling that even the initial stages of each pose gives you.
At Inverloch Yoga, Katrina invites you to share her passion for yoga on a journey towards greater fitness & health, wellbeing, transformation, self-empowerment and growth.
Inverloch Yoga is based in coastal Inverloch, Victoria, about 1.5 hours from Melbourne. It is run by local yoga teacher, Katrina Archibald, who combines her background in various forms of yoga, including Iyengar and Ashtanga styles, and her personal growth and spiritual practices, to offer you vinyasa-style flowing and dynamic classes that are both energising and calming, cathartic and centring, whilst focusing on both breath and alignment.
All classes are suitable for beginners.
